Description of the project content
The innovative “Ri3” concept combines, in a unique way, OCR/ICR-based text
recognition functionality; the TIS eFlow data processing platform; freely developable keyword
and business rule knowledge bases, free of linguistic and syntactic constraints; and publicly
accessible databases. From these, it uses artificial intelligence to dynamically build complex
decision logics. This enables content-based classification of incoming paper or electronic
documents, guided and automatic self-learning, prioritisation and decision making. It enables
the automatic execution of electronic administration, electronic archiving and authenticated
electronic conversion. The scalability and gradual extensibility of the system will allow
incoming documents to be converted into electronic information faster, more accurately, more
cost-effectively and in a more environmentally friendly way than ever before. The AnyWORKFLOW
interface can be integrated with any other data exchange system. The system enables your company
to fully comply with EU and GDPR directives.
Press releases
Budapest, 27 January 2020
A DOQSYS Business Solutions Zrt. has won a total of HUF 375.5 million and nearly HUF 169 million in non-refundable funding from the National Research, Development and Innovation Office’s “Support for RDI activities of small, medium and large enterprises” tender. The innovative “Ri3”, or ROBOTIZED Intelligent Information Management concept, developed by the IT systems integrator’s specialists, can automate the content-based classification and filing of written documents received by the entire organisation, whether on paper or electronically.
The NRDI Fund has launched a call for proposals to encourage domestic companies to develop new, marketable products, services and technologies with significant intellectual added value in-house. Projects that fit into one of the sectoral or horizontal priorities identified in the National Smart Specialisation Strategy were eligible for funding, and DOQSYS Business Solutions Zrt. was awarded the “Ri3” project. The project is being implemented as planned and the first milestone has already been completed.
The Ri3 concept is suitable for the artificial intelligence-assisted content-based classification, filing and automated transfer of information (e.g. postal mail, fax, email and other electronic channels) from any institution or company in the form of written documents to an electronic workflow or digital archive for further management.
The scalability and gradual scalability of the system will make it faster, more accurate, more cost-effective and more environmentally friendly than ever before, converting incoming documents into electronic information, eliminating the need for paper to be passed on in the administration and eliminating the need for photocopying, saving significant amounts of paper and energy.
The support provided by the NRDI Fund will help the company to continue its successful development for another two years, accelerating product development and creating opportunities for the early introduction of “Ri3” into the Hungarian business world.
